In our ongoing endeavor to perfect the art of Quality Management, Williams Tool incorporates state-of-the-art technology throughout our precision CNC machining processes. This includes integrating digital gaging in our inspection software to give us real-time inspection analysis.
We also utilize optical comparators during our in-process inspections. The latest addition to our quality-control toolbox is an optical smart inspection system that enables seamless coordination between inspection and production.

Our Impressive Facility
At our 17,000 square-foot facility in Chadwicks, New York, our team at Williams Tool is able to carry out a variety of turnkey services as a top CNC turned parts manufacturer. We recently expanded our capacity in a few major ways:
- Adding three multi-tasking machines: For the first time, we’ve added multi-tasking machines that feature two turrets and two spindles apiece. These allow for simultaneous turning and milling, enabling us to achieve tighter tolerances and greater efficiency.
- Starrett AVR-300: For improved inspection and quality control, we have added a state-of-the-art Starrett AVR-300 vision system. This machine uses advanced technology to measure dimensions and compare them to CAD data, ensuring precise and accurate parts.
- Oasis visual inspection system: Furthermore, we have added the Oasis visual inspection system to our arsenal. This machine utilizes high-resolution cameras and advanced software to detect defects and flaws in parts, allowing us to catch any issues before they reach the customer.

In 1955, family-owned Williams Tool Inc. began doing model work and building tools, gages, fixtures, jigs and dies for local companies. The manual and cam-driven lathes we used then have long since been replaced by state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machines. While our methods, output, and clientele have all evolved over the decades, our overarching goal has never changed:
